Born and raised in Louisiana, Harriet has a BA degree in Art Education and a minor in Business from North Louisiana State University, Monroe, La.
Harriet moved to Puerto Vallarta in 1996 and worked for a local real estate firm for a year and a half before opening her own office in 1997.
Murray-Cochran Associates, S.C. was formed in 2007. Her brokerage in Mexico includes second home and resort listings and sales, property management and leasing, feasibility and investment analysis and implementation.
Harriet is an Associate member of AMPI (Assocation of Mexican Real Estate Professionals) in the Nayarit and Jalsico chapters. |

I am a full time, full service, Broker-Agent, primarily based in San Francisco. I am a California licensed broker (lic. #01351780,) and was raised in Palo Alto where I graduated from Gunn High School. I hold a B.A. from UC Santa Barbara.
Before becoming a Realtor in 2001, my career was in accounting; working as a controller for a multi-national jewelry manufacturer. I became a Realtor because I was tired of working with incompetent agents when buying and selling my own properties.
I enjoy selling houses and condos throughout the city of San Francisco. I am considered by my peers to be the Diamond Heights Specialist having sold over 40 properties in the neighborhood in the past six years, and I am proud of that. Lately, I've expanded my business to include resort property sales in Puerto Vallarta. |

Vanessa Falcon, CIPS is the International Director for Century 21 SGR. She is very involved in the International Real Estate community and currently leads a team of international Realtors representing properties in Asia, Europe, North and South America as well as working with foreign investors purchasing both Residential and Commercial properties in the Chicagoland area.
Vanessa is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) for over 5 years, serves on the board of The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Chicago Chapter, is currently the Vice Chair for Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Chicago, is a Core member of the Chicago Realtors International Committee (CIREC) and was appointed to the Illinois Association of Realtors international working group.
She is the founding Chicagoland chapter president of the Victorian Society in America. Prior to her career in real estate, Vanessa was an international account executive in computer consulting. |
